Alfresco Backyard Living handles returns on a case-by-case basis with the objective of satisfying the customer. We stand behind our products and we want our customers to be satisfied with them.

If you have an issue with the product you have purchased from us, please inform us in writing at info@alfrescobackyard.com with your order number within 7 days of the receipt of your order and in the original condition you received it in.

If approved for a refund, and the product has already been delivered to you, all costs associated with returning the product are your responsibility.
